If you have 0.10mm clearance betwen the rockers and the valve stems, then that IS your "play", or your "lash"! Moreover, you are right in the middle of the valve lash range of .08mm to .13mm. (.003" to .005") You're fine! Couldn't be better! Now, have a beer and replace your valve adjustment covers, your tank, and your seat. Well done!
